What should i wear to a evening wedding party?

i have no idea on what to wear to a evening wedding party my mum said i cant wear jeans but thats all i really wear and i dont know what to buy.

Go to a vintage clothing store and buy a nice top and where it over dress pants or skirt.  Bring the bottom with you or wear it.  Or a nice dress.  Keep it simple.  You could also where something plain and somewhat formal and buy a necklace or really nice long scarf.  If you buy something try to get something you can use again and again.  If you have budget restraints go to a thrift shop or discount store.

Either a really nice skirt and top or a dress. Go around your local shops from where you live. Try Warehouse - they do the most amazing dresses ever! I normally get my dresses from their, because they're are really pretty.
