right now i live in canada, new brunswick, moncton...

i'm 13....

i want to wear it with flats... not heels...

do you have to wear a dress...?!

instead can i wear a dressy black shirt...?

wait.. first... R U GETTING MARRIED?!!??!??!?!?!?!? That would be CRAZY. And I think that wear the flats with a black dress and if you have black booties wear them with the flats. That'll be super cute!!!! With your hair down and in a headband thats white or black.

if you're really close to the couple you should wear a dress, but if you're not you could wear a skirt.
