What should i wear to be fancy?

its to school but i have to look really nice. jeans are not an option.

dress code for sleeves must be a dollar bill. im tall and thin. i have medium long hair.

what should i wear(pics or polyvore would be nice)

how should i do my hair (curly or straight)

like somone else said, try a high waisted skirt, a graphic tee to mach and a cardigan that matches all that, and heels, but since its school maybe flats
