It doesn't matter if you hated her...show respect.  She is deceased.  All you have to do is show up at the funeral in some black clothes.  Do not say anything unkind about her to anyone.   Simply attend the funeral and then go home.

You need to think about your Father-in -law and your husband, she is gone, so you should let go of the bad feelings. You don't want to upset your husband and Dad in law any more then they already are by dressing in improper attire. It is time for you to step up and be the loving and supportive wife and daughter in law that is needed at this point. You can still hate her, just keep it to yourself and show up  looking modest but beautiful.
