What should i wear under my pads?

The average temperature for our season in my municipalty is around 12 degrees. So im wondering what should i wear under my football pads. i tried just wearing a t shirt but i pretty much froze to death in the later months. Please be specific too.

Where do you live I live in Winnipeg and I had to wear under armour cold gear with a long sleeve shirt over top and I was still cold just run a lot and it keeps you warmer then the back ups.

Go for the Under Armour COLD gear mock & the tights. You'll be plenty toasty. Make sure to get the COLD gear though and not the heat gear, as the cold gear is made from a different material that will keep the warmth in, whereas the heat gear gets the heat out. Good luck in your season!
