I recommend a neutral color, something that will compliment the red yet still dry attention away from the bright red pants.  A nice navy blue, green, white, or black would be perfect.  Now if you are layering go with a another catchy color that compliments the other two.

Black or white top, white would probably look less hard core, and would look cute with black jewelery!
