With this dress I would wear Fishnets and hot pumps and a clutch bag.  You look to young to wear this type of dress.  But if you choose to wear it look for this type of fishnet.

1st off yes that dress would look gorgeous on you; the dress is the BOMB!!!! super cute, but its pretty elegant and sophisticated so definently dont over do accesories

wear a silver clutch bag, and maybe some dangling earings and a simple necklace and you will look amazing

with a dress like this less is more as far as shoes go something like black and silver  stilleto would be nice or some cute pumps with a punch of color, no wedges or anything
