Women have to make tough choices that most men do not> do they want to have a family & be there for the kids?  Or do they want to enslave themselves to a demanding job that allows for little time off for child raising responsibilities?  

Most employers do not allow the flexibility that is often required to take time off when a child is sick, or the babysitter doesn't show up, or when you need to meet with teachers.

Last Saturday I was 10 minutes late because my babysitter ditched me. Did her father find a replacement? No, he yelled at me for not telling him sooner!  I had to take her to his work so I could go to work and I was late....my (male) boss made me feel like s**t because I was late, even after I explained the situation to him, he just rolled his eyes.

Men have NO idea what it 's like to juggle work, children, babysitters, school, afterschool activities, playdates, etc.

Main problem would be sexual harassment and bullying I suppose.  Also guilt for working when they have children etc.

No matter how hard we women work are *** off...there's always more to life then just work...but some employers don't care about the baggage left at home...You're here to work....you wonder why depression is at the all time high.. Competition and money problems its a rat race out there and its unfair and cruel allot of the time. But, we suck it up and punch on....What helps me gets through it all...Almighty God. Amen.
