im writing a letter to my ex about how i feel theres so much to say but i cant quite put it into words i want him to know how much i miss him and need him help please : /

If he is your ex, why are you writing him a letter?   What to write   Sit at your computer and just type everything that comes to mind/even it sound stupid./ Do this for a few days, because as you type your thoughts will change....After three days read it and make all the correction you need.....After all the correction you should have all your thoughts and feeling type up..  I hope this helps..

  5. once written,by letter or computer,words cannot be taken back.it is better to speak face to face,not to mention much more polite.
