What should my 18th Birthday party be themed?

My 18th is at the end of the year. I'm not having an all out party but i want me and some mates to go out on the town dressed as a theme. Any ideas?

May seem strange, but just dress in some dinner clothes.....go as an adult.....no themes or anything.....

well you can celebrate the year you were born in by dressing as either famous celebrities from that time or the clothes that were popular. just make sure you have a birthday crown or something on.
