What should my brother and I get for our mom and stepdad's 1st anniversary that's about $50?

You can get the picture frame and put some thing cute in it saying something about their first anniversary.

I would get them a card and a gift certificate to a local restaurant (maybe their favorite?) and in the card, you could write "To say congratulations on your anniversary and Thank You for being such wonderful (step)parents - your anniversary dinner is on us."

I think that would be really sweet  :)
