What should my career be?

Something that takes 2 years or less of school...

Any ideas?

  1. pharmacy technician or dental hygenist, if you are interested in health care (note: if pharmacy technician, hospital pays a lot more than retail). Maybe an ECE (early childhood education) if you like working with children (doesn't pay very well, though)

    Good luck. It's so tough picking a career. Then, even when you pick one, you may find something you like more after so many years.

    I would recommend talking to someone who is currently working in the jobs you have in mind to get a real sense of what the job is like (as opposed to just reading about it in some brochure)


  2. Some ideas: Pharmacy Technician, Bookkeeper, Nurse (AS Degree), Medical Assistant, Medical Coder/Biller, Web Desginer, Graphic Designer, Electrician.

    Just look at the list of majors offered at your local community college or technical college.
