okay im 13 now and is 6'3 270 i bench 215 right now power clean 195 and squat 300 im currently in 8th grade and want to set some goals to achieve by my senior year heres my goalsbench 350power clean 300squat 500dead lift 700 (im doing 400 now)be able to run 5 miles strait no stopingbe able to jump rope 30 min straight wiegh 250 poundsnow i know the sky is the limit when it comes to this stuff but this is my minimum do you think i have good goals?oh btw i play football and wrestle
