What should my high school phiscal tranning be?

okay im 13 now and is 6'3 270 i bench 215 right now power clean 195 and squat 300 im currently in 8th grade and want to set some goals to achieve by my senior year heres my goals

bench 350

power clean 300

squat 500

dead lift 700 (im doing 400 now)

be able to run 5 miles strait no stoping

be able to jump rope 30 min straight

wiegh 250 pounds

now i know the sky is the limit when it comes to this stuff but this is my minimum do you think i have good goals?

oh btw i play football and wrestle

  1. I would say just up your goals to running 7 miles straight, no stopping. I would say you don't have any flexibility goals, which would be a good idea. Flexibility would help your wrestling. Other than that, your goals sound AWESOME! Good Luck!

  2. I'm 6'7" 295...its muscle. i would keep doing what your doin just make sure to consume a hefty amount of protein. i can bench 700. i love it.

  3. go as far as you can but stay clean. roids are bad for you. over 100 wrestlers and footballers have died before they turned 50 and all 100 relied heavily on steroids. lift all you can but STAY OFF PILLS.
