  1. No I cannot recommend a menu but I would recommend getting professional advice over whatever you get here.

  2. you should try australian based! http://www.aussiefoodshop.com/australian... give it a go!

  3. No such thing.  Most if not all veggies and fruits have carbs.  The body needs carbs to function.

  4. morning-milk with cereals(all cereals but not with chocolate)

                 try some fruits salads

    afternoon-don't eat meat VERY MUCH

oh and don't eat after 6 (try some fruits and vegetables)

and very important eat only 3 slices of bread a day

  5. welli have no clue reallie what your asking but i'm a vegetarin and i luv yogurt fruits and tofu ^^ also rice ^^ luv it luv it

  6. I don't think it's possible to do a "no carb" diet of any kind. However, there is a vegan diet that will match pretty much any need including soy-free, gluten-free, and of course lactose intolerant, including low-carb.

Here is a 3 page article on a vegan low-carb diet including sample menus (and recipes):

Here is another article on vegan dieting (or dieting while vegan because veg*n is not a weight-loss trick though people do often get a lot of nutrition that was missing before and end up naturally losing weight when switching -- we did):

Here are some more low-carb recipes (though not all are vegan there are many that are and are labeled well in the titles)

I don't know why you are looking for a diet but the following is a mainstream documentary movie about going raw for 30 days and reversing incurable diabetes:

  7. that sounds dangerous. you don't need meat. you do need carbs. just try to limit carbs to healthy carbs- like whole grain bread instead of white bread.

  8. Just make sure you have a doctor on standby.

You are likely to collapse with that diet.
