What should my mom do with her rice cooks?

My mom had stuff in storage for almost 5 yr. an mice got into her boxes. An some of the boxes had no lids and the mice pooped on the dishes. A couple of those dishes where rice cookers. You cant immerse them in water. So would it be safe just to wipe them down with bleach water? Or should she throw them away? An can it make you sick if you wipe them down with bleach water?

Most rice cookers you can disassemble.. did I spell that right? Anyways take out the container from teh rice cookers and wash that with special dish detergent. Wash down the rest with some kind of antibacterial soap
