What should my price be for babysitting?

I'm 12 and i want a cat from the humasne societyb but i need to buy it food. So i'm starting a baysitter service. i ahve 3 questions

1. How much is a regular price for babysitting of people my age?

2.Is babysitting on weekends or school days or all week?

3. What should the flyer look like?

about your questions:

1. "regular price" ... there's no such thing, but i'd stay below $8/hr.  parents can smell a child who just wants money a mile away  :-)

2.  people have different babysitting needs.  only offer to watch children at times that work for you.  

3.  before you make your flyer, think about what you offer parents.  for example, do you help with homework?  do you know CPR?  do you make a great peanut butter and banana sandwich?  be creative!  once you know what makes you a great babysitter, then making your flyer will be easy and fun.
