What should my team get for our coach for the end-of-season banquet?

so i played volleyball this year and my team had an amazing coach.

we have banquet next week and i want to do something really creative and special for her.

any suggestions?

Last year our team bought picture frames with plain white photo matting, inserted a team picture, and each team member signed their name, number, and wrote a little message on the mat around the picture.  You can usually get these photo albums at a store such as Walmart or K-Mart, etc.  We also gave a small potted plant to each coach as it was a daily reminder of our team for them.  Good luck!

my team got our coach a tshirt with a team picture and her name, the year, and a cute saying on the back, a volleyball that we all signed, and a $150 gift certificate to any stores in the mall. she LOVED it

Edit: whatever you get, don't make it impersonal. give her something meaningful, not balloons and flowers. give her something you're proud of giving her.

How about a nice crystal vase from Waterford or Baccarat.

Have each team member bring a little icon/momento that is representative of each of them.  Mount each item in a framed shadow box with individual name and number under each item.

you should buy a volleyball and everyone on your team should sign it  that is what my team always did for our coaches
