What should one base Seymour's accent off of?

What should one base Seymour's accent off of?

I am normally good with accents, but I am having a difficult time with Seymours from little shop. What should I base it off of?

Well, it's not really any particular voice because he's kind of like an "everyman", but if there was one, try a New York accent, but very light. Watch the 1986 film and see how Ricdk Moranis does it. It's kind of nerdy while at the same time adult.
