Okay mi little sister is 11, almost 12. She looks under the bed every nite and not just once, a lot! (we share a room!) Anywayss she's not scared of monsters or anything, she's scared of like real ppl. She's a little less scared cuz we share a room, but what should she do when i leave for college and stuff? Is there anything that can help her be less scared and get to sleep faster?! thanksss...anything will be appreciated!

  1. This is a very real fear for her that might be outgrown but might not. So give her some "tools" to help her fight it with. A very bright (preferably rechargable) flashlight that she can keep on her nightstand or under her pillow. Some windchimes to hang at the window so she can hear if it gets opened. Devise a routine that she can do every night to allay her fears. This is not catering or giving in to her fear but giving her a sense of power that she can use to fight it with.

  2. she will be over it by the time your in collage and f she isn't then she will prob make an effort to hide her fear
