What should someone do if they paid for something by paypal & got scammed, & their bank acct. was hacked?

I heard of things like this happening, & I'm afraid. I don't want to experience this.

  1. Contact Paypal, they will fix it for you.  Since eBay bought Paypal, you can actually talk to people who work there.  I've had this exact problem and they fixed it for me in a week.
