U need to be an ardent reader, use ur dictionary make notes and use them as well

Through attentive LISTENING, proper READING and COMPREHENSION. They could also ask few questions to their peers, family members, anyone... So that, they could gain additional ideas about what's happening to their surroundings...

step 1. Take a sheet and write minimum 20 words then meaning and synonyms and antonyms.

Step2. Read 2 days and contain with you when you get time read again.

Step3. After 2 days Take another new sheet and write new ten words.

Step4. After 6 days review all three sheet you Will collect 30 words in your mind.

Step5. After one month you have 900 words in your bank.
