What should the HCG level be after 10-days of conception?

My LMP was 7/21 and LH surge was on 8/7 (I have a regular 31 days cycle). I had a positive HPT on the 18th using first morning urine. So happened I was scheduled for obgyn on the same day, 18th. The blood results showed a 23miu for hcg. But the nurse scared me by saying that it's low, either too early or had a miscarriage!!! It could probably be just ~10days after conception really. I should get another blood work on Thursday. I'm freaking out already. The doc did a pap smear yesterday and I see some tiny red tissues from my v****a. I don't have any other signs of miscarriage and the red tissues I'm seeing is worrying me. Can someone tell me what's happening? Please....

23 is perfectly fine for 10dpo. Most hpts don't even pick up pregnancy until the day of your missed period around 14dpo and they pick up levels between 25-50.

one reading alone tells you nothing hun,you need to have 2 more blood tests 48 hours apart to see if the levels are rising,

Mine started off at 21 and that was the day i missed my period then went to 49 then 149 and at 6 weeks there 1450 and ive seen the baby on ultrasound so don't worry hun ok

A single reading isn't going to tell you anything like that. They usually take it a few days apart to make sure that the numbers are doubling.
