  1. shoot them they have been warned

  2. My kneejerk answer is "shoot the offender," but the odds are that it would be a racial thing and cause drama.

    Arrest offenders.

  3. The mayor of New Orleans or Governor of Louisiana would probably have to declare martial law first. I don't believe the National Guard would have the authority to shoot looters/criminals unless martial law was declared.  However, I would imagine they would have the right to defend themselves if necessary.

  4. The last time New Orleans got hit.

The people were deemed to be survivors not looters.

This time, after all the warnings and ORDERS to move out of the city, anyone who decides to stay behind must be seen to be looters and shot on sight.

I can see no other reason to stay in the city other than to loot it.

  5. Target Practice.

Last time those looters were opening fire on the police. This time the police needs to return the favor.

  6. Shoot them.  Marshal law!!!

  7. We all want to say Shoot Them but come on , be realistic.  I guess arrest them. But if it is as bad as it was last time and people need food and water and supplies then I think common sense should prevail and let them have what they need.  If they are looting other's home well, that is a reason to arrest them.

  8. Looters will be arrested, but if they attack members of the guard, they had better be prepared for a fight with combat veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts.  And this time they have plenty of bullets.
