What should the Tampa Rays do?

The Rays are currently in 1st place in the AL East thanks to the efforts of our great young pitching staff. The rotation is full of promising young pitchers but the most promising pitcher in all of baseball is currently in Double A ball David Price. He is currently 10-0 with an ERA below 2.00 many in the orginization have said that he is the best pitcher in the orginization right now. If you were the Rays GM would you call him up right now and risk losing a young pitcher like Andy Sonanstine or Edwin Jackson?
