just going by an educated guess i would say 28-30 psi.  If you wanted you can go a little higher to 35.  Best is drive on hard dirt and look at the foot print.  If it is higher in the middle then you have to much air in the tire.  If it is deeper on the sides you have to little.  Just go with 30 and in a couple thousand miles it looks like it is wearing on the outside lower the preasure if wearing in the middle raise the preasure.  Wider rims make you run a higher preasure will narrow ones a lower one to get the same foot print.

What car is it for?, a look in the handbook will tell you - also there should be a sticker on the drivers door with this information.
