What should the government do ease the congestion on roads.?

ERP prices are getting out of hand and so is the congestion. Putting more and more ERP gantries doesn't help at all. what is the best way to alleviate the situation

  1. Nothing.

    If roads are too congested, then people will find their own solutions.

    All government solutions are based on handing the roads over to the rich and powerful.

    Less cars?

    Less means more.

  3. roundabouts are the solution to traffic problems!! the traffic can flow with out waiting for the lights to change!

  4. Raise the price of gas.= less people that can afford to drive = less cars.
