In mathematical terms, the percentage would be computed as follows:

500/3691 x 100%

= 0.135464644 x 100%

= 13.55%

The YA! algorithm used to be wrong and would round down, but the correct way would be to round to the nearest integer (up to 14% in this case).  I'm not sure if this has been fixed now or not.

Remember that the percentage is share multiplied wth 100%.

The whole of it: 1 X 100%= 100%

half of it: 1/2 X 100%= 50 %.

The percenatge in anwers is : 500/3691 x 100%= 13.54 %

=your percentage. unless, one uses the points earned to get the percentage. that way, it would be:

5000/7382x100

(since 3691x2=7382)
