Just make him shut up or fine him $10 million. A fine of $1,500 wont do anything. Thats his bar tab when he goes out. Punch him in his mouth and make a statement that he cant just be stupid and arrogant all the time. But I'm a huge Ozzie Guillen fan so I am used to the "Manny being Manny" or "Ozzie being Ozzie" sayings

It's time to say goodbye to Manny, but the problem is that no other team wants to say hello to him.  He makes $20 million per year and provides drama at every turn.  Other organizations won't want his distractions or his salary and history hasn't been too kind to sluggers in their late 30's (Manny just turned 36).  Red Sox are stuck with him through the end of the season and can recreate the annual drama of whether he stays or goes this winter.

Trade him, because he is older and not the same Manny eight years ago. I too am sick of Manny being Manny. Boston will get a good deal for him. A possible trade could be Crisp and Ramirez to the Braves for Teixiera and Ohman. Ohman could help out the bullpen, and Teixiera could play first, move Youkilis to LF. Start Jacoby Ellsbury in CF. Sounds like Ramirez wants to get traded because he could get signed for 100 million dollars in a four yeal deal. The Ownership doesn't like him the team thinks he is a problem. Without Ortiz no body can keep him under control.

The red sox aren't going to trade him... He's the best hitter for the red sox, and as he said "the red sox aren't stupid." Which they aren't stupid. He's right about that they aren't. If they were that stupid they would've gotten rid of him the first time they talked about a trade.

Ellsbury has been in a little slump with hitting although he hit a double last night he's not much in a slump anymore. He'll hit more in the playoffs not worried about ellsbury at all.

Manny may have an attitude and I see boston doesn't like that but they like the fact he hits well. Do you think boston will get rid of manny?
