What should the schedule of a cross country runner be?

I have practice at 3:00 each day, and I don't know when I should eat and when I should drink water.

  1. I you have practice at three then you can eat breakfast and should eat lunch any where from 12 to1. Also you should sip on water off and on all day but just dont drink to much within 20min before yourun. I have this problem too because  my practice is at 7:30 am and is a half and hour away from where I live so I cant eat hardly anything before had.

  2. well you should constitenly be drinking water, and about 45 minutes b4 a race or practice you should drink up! also i would reccomend that you don't eat anything heavy before running, eat lightly the day of a race and regualrly when practicing(just not right before running) hope that helped!

  3. You should drink water every 15 mins, is an essential basic for everyone. Also you should eat around 5:00 go for a good nutritional meal, to keep running for about an extra hour or 2.
