  1. our goldfish tank is between 60-70 degrees..  they like it cool.  


  2. Anywhere between 67 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit is good to keep your fish happy.  Believe me, I speak from expirience.  

  3. Goldfish enjoy cooler temperatures.  They can tolerate temperatures down to the freezing point but do best in the high 60's.

  4. 64-70 is preferred, can tolerate a little warmer, but not too much.  They are not tropical fish so they need cooler water.

  5. 64-74 degrees Fahrenheit is optimal, though they can survive in water slightly colder or warmer. However, warm water holds less oxygen than cold, so water over 74 degrees isn't the best idea. Depending where you live, room temperature is usually fine.
