What should we do for a day in Cozumel, Mexico with 3 teenage daughters?

We want a resort with snorkeling, water sports, great food.

Gee, when we were there in early December there still wasnt much happening there.   They are still repairing from Wilma.   Cancun is doing well,  the repairs are pretty much finished.   Playa del Carmen is fine... they have some nice family resorts.   I recommend Beaches or something like that.  Too bad Mom and Dad cant stay at Desires, and the kids at... the Blue Bay in Cancun.   The snorkel tours are still on for Cozumel.  and as far as the food goes..... Rick and I leave the resorts in search of street chicken.   the best food in the land.   I know I know.. some of you may say..however...we are seasoned "mexicans" ha ha
