what should we do or what to take in order the fetus will remove from the womb of the mother when we know already that the baby is dead from a week after the ultrasound?

you should check with your doctor, it will expel by itself eventually though, but, check with your doctor!!

Definately see your doctor to get it removed safely.

it might just come out normally in a really heavy period, but I would not wait for this to happen, because if it doesnt, it could be a serious risk to the woman for it to stay there.

I would think your doctor would have discussed this with you. I would not rely on this site about something so sad and serious. I feel for you, and hope you talk to your doc.
