Ok well my friend is trying to lose weight (even though she doesn't need to). And we were wondering what we can eat. We are like starving lol. Any ideas?

  4. salad, lots of veggies, soup, but not creamy ones. cereal, skim or soy milk.  anything healthy. if you are trying to lose more than 5 pounds than i think you should eat about 1000 calories for a week and exercise but dont over exercise. if you are trying to lose less than 5 pounds than eat 1500 calories a day. goood luck!
