Tonight I'm having salmon and pasta salad, but chicken fajitas are always good, baked potatoes, cauliflower cheese and thick ham, mince and tatties, just a few ideas, i hate going to the shops trying to think of new things for dinner!

Turkey breast and spaghetti - cook spaghetti in a big pot of boiling water with a chicken stock cube dissolved in it. While it's cooking, sear diced turkey quickly on high heat in olive oil, garlic, chilli and dried herbs, eg. thyme and sage. When turkey is white all over, add a splash of the pasta cooking water and stir to mix flavours. Cook 2 minutes longer, then drain cooked pasta and stir into sauce. Serve immediately with grated parmesan cheese and a tossed green salad alongside.
