Question:

What should we know about moving to Canada?

My partner is ahving a real hard time holding down work at the moment, due to the state of the construction industry, he has suggested that we move to Canada and work there untill things pick up here in Irelenad if they ever do. Can anyone suggest good areas to live ( rural if possible big cities scare me)and where we should look to search for jobs any other info is appreciated.

  1. western part of canada is blooming. Alberta.I bet ya you could find a job there. I mean,you can find it in Toronto as well but there is lots of competition.


  2. its not as easy to move to Canada as you may think, you need to pass a points system test and it can take over a year or immigration to be granted if you qualify
