If he is hyper I would name him Cosmo.

If he is thoughtful I would name him Nelson.

If he is a little Spitfire I would name him Nike.

max is wayyy to common and actually a dull name.

nike sounds cool if he wore those stuffs.

nelson sounds like a decent dog who is obedient to his owner and loving.

cosmo, sounds hyperactive. always in the middle of attention.

Certainly cosmo, its a very original name that not many other people would have so you would not be criticized that you copied a name and it also really suits a dog. if not make up a few more names like bartchi.
