What should we to for our 13 bday party?

We live in Essex County, New Jersey. Me and my best friend are having a "sweet 13" We want a cheap place, and No we don't want a dumb Sweet 16(those girls are rich and vane) We are having it for boys and girls. It's in Mid-January. Ane I'm not looking for anybody to yell at us about throwing a "sweet 13"
