What should women to do workout before Navy basic training?

I'm going into the navy..and i'd like to know what i should work on the most before i leave

    3. Running

    A great thing to do is head to a local gym and say 4 days a week. Split it into 2 cardio and 2 weights and muscle building or toning.

    Cardio can be really fun especially if you add an element of boxing into it. It's great fun and gets your blood pumping.


  3. I would jog a couple of miles every day, if you can't, jog as much as you can each night or morning. Do as many sit-ups as you can, make it 50 a day, the same with push-ups. And I would swim a couple of laps to work more muscles and get into better shape.

    Just take it slow at first and work your way up to do more each time...
