  1. Rake the sand to smooth it out for the next player.

  2. First of all you should clean your bucket and spade, seriously rake the sand and try to come out the way you came in at the lowest point.

  3. After raking the sand for the next player you should be thankful that your out of the sand and not taking a second shot from it.

I just found some sand in my ear from the bunker on the 18th.

  4. rake it

  5. After you step out of a sand trap or bunker, assuming you've raked the sand before stepping out, is to knock any excess sand from your golf shoe.  This is done as a courtesy to other golfers.  This way, you won’t track the sand onto the green.  Sandy footprints on the green can interfere with a golfer’s putting.

  6. rake it as evenly as possible for golf is a game of respect, so respect the next hack in the sand and make it a great place for them to duff their next shot.....

  7. You should walk out of the trap where the lip of the trap is lowest, raking your footprints behind you so as to smooth over the trap and prepare it for the next victim. You should leave the rake in the edge of the trap when done.
