Then, its not too much too do damage, but not too little in case you didn't take it originally.

Just count them.  The date you filled the prescription will be on the bottle.

call your doctor/prescriber and ask them what to do. depending on the medecine there will be different answers.

Ask your doctor, and then go and buy one of those pill counting boxes that have days on them then you won't forget again. (Or simply make your own one)
