  1. uhm..sacrifice for the rest of day then take a good night rest when i get home

  2. try eating some biscuits (just to have your stomach filled)... then snack on some Kalamansi (this is a very sour berry like fruit sold here in the philippines-- like a variation of a lemon) Sour fruits always jolt me awake. If you can't find any Kalamansi, try lemon or other sour stuffs.

If you don't find it effective, wet your feet (after making them rest for a while, of course)

  3. drink some coffee, stretch for a while, listen for a lively music, or crack a joke

  4. IF our body takes a good amount of coffee it won't do much later on other than adding more in our system.

A grape juice is a good alternative, it makes you awake.

Few minutes nap during break time will also help, just don't exceed more than 30 minutes coz it can give you a headache.

  5. take at least 30-minute nap at noon break this will rest and refresh your mind a bit, and at the end of your day you won't be feeling so stressed out. and of course, coffee helps.

  6. Must get up and walk around and stretch. To let the blood circulate.

At least you clench yr fist and stretch yr legs and then relax..

Sometimes as simple as shake my legs while seated..

    haha.

Coke/Coffee/ chocolate and tea.. caffeine should help. I'm a non-caffeine person so I do those above.

  7. hi jake, it's simple i just zzzzzzzz... for minutes and i'll be fine again.

  8. Coffee and singing songs helps me a lot =))

    Yeaha, it's singing time!

  9. Is it possible to take a break and do a quick workout, running or walking?

  10. eat champoy (the orange one)

  11. sleep... duh!?!

  12. try to have a short trip to the toilet.jump as many times as you could but that would only make you feel more sleepy. better yet, try to doze off for at least five minutes. with out anyone noticing you're asleep.

that's a very good skill if you could do it..hehe

  13. If I'm alone in the office, and coffee isn't helping anymore, I'd take a quick nap, but set my alarm first, maybe for 10 minutes depending how drowsy I am. If I'm in a meeting or with my boss doing something, I'll excuse myself, and say: "To the bathroom!". Lock the door, cover the hole, sit and there I'm free to take a nap for 10 minutes. May sound silly, funny or stupid, but it works for me. All the time.

  14. hot cup of coffee works fine for me

  15. Yes, that is a problem. I had that prob after lunch at the PC. Here are suggestions:

Have cup of coffee (not decaf)

Go to the CR, lock yourself in and have a nap.

Pretend you're reading a document - make sure you don't fall out of chair.

Go outside and have a 5 minute jog.

Have a conversation with that beautiful secretary.

    That enough?

  16. Very very very hot coffee.....
