  1. Well I am awnsering this question asuming you mean Check.

If it was a check you wrote that counced, that's really bad, you should try not to do that at all cost. If it was a check someone gave to you, that you cashed or deposited that bounced, there isn't much you can do to avoid it, and it's not near as bad since it's not your fault the check you were given bounced.

  2. The cheque has become an indispensable aspect of our everyday money transactions.  A cheque is an instrument in writing containing an unconditional order signed by the maker, directing payment of a certain sum of money to certain person or the bearer of the instrument.  if the such cheques returns dishonored, it means the amount standing to the credit of the cheque is not enough to cover the amount stated in the instrument.  once the bank informs you that there is no sufficient  fund in the maker's account, the holder must issue a notice within 30 days.  The maker should make the payment within 15 days thereafter.  The consequences are to the level of legal actions and will lead to punishment by the court of law.  once cheque given that should be realised otherwise, it will lead to punishment.

  3. first of all go down to the bank and deposit enough money to cover the returned cheque and not just the returned cheque but also the fee the bank charges anywhere for 20 -50 dollars and up and also the money that the place you bounced the cheque with to cover their fee usually 20-50 dollars and up\and next time do a better job of balancing your cheque book

  4. Get a job and find out.
