  1. Tell them the genuine reasons. I do not know why your parents advised you to go to bed. If it is because of the reason that you have recovered from any serious illness, they must have advised you to take proper timely rest. Respect the words of elders or else convince them with valid causes.

  2. You should smile and tell them, "Goodnight, sweet dreams, thanks for putting a roof over my head, supporting my every need, feeding me, putting clothes on my back and allowing me to have toys and games.  I appreciate you and thanks!"  Then take your butt to bed.

  3. SLEEP is important for your mental and physical health!!! and your parents actually care about you so take your butt to bed and be happy that you have parents that really do care.....i wish i did.

  4. hahaha! Ditto to janicajayne's genius answer.

Remember it's small things like these that show that your parents really do care about your well-being.

  5. Tell them good night and that you love them. There is nothing that you can tell them to get them to change their minds. I tell my daughter to go to bed she comes up worth 50 million excuses why she cant go to bed and guess what SHE GOES TO BED ANYWAYS. So take my advice it don't work.

  6. try to make sad faces.
