  1. hello there

a rabbit that is six months old will have no difference in diet whatsoever.feed her hay every time, pellets every meal and vegetables once a day.of course, avoid potatoes, apple cores and iceberg lettuce.

as for the rabbit getting diarrhea out of eating weeds,it depends on the consumed amount.you should not let her graze too much on grass or else it will really cause a bad case of diarrhea.it is okay to consume small amounts per day but not too many.also, make sure your grass is not treated with pesticides as to avoid poisoning.

to cure diarrhea, simply put her on an all-pellet and hay diet for a week.no greens for a week.this will cure NORMAL diarrhea but if it is a bad case, this solution will not help.take it to the vet if ever you do notice no change after a week.

    have a nice day!

  2. You should get or make a little pen for her outside when she goes out, away from the weeds. They're probably what's causing her diarrhea..

    Good luck. :]

  3. Probably the weeds then.

They're either toxic to her intestine, or just contain too much water and are giving her watery food related diarrhea.

Really, you should prevent her from eating the weeds by removing them, or moving her into a weedless area- I've seen diarrhea continue until you can see the rabbit's spine, and then it's really hard to get the weight up, so you need to prevent it now.

  4. letting her out in the yard is good. The reason she has been getting diarrhea is because she eats TOO MUCH greens. yes, that IS possible. I would let her out everyday, but maybe pluck the weeds. They are okay for the bunny to eat, but like i said, so many will give them the runs. same with other veggies. Its normal. nothing to worry about.

I would also advise to feed her HAY and not the actual pellets. The pellets are condensed ha, and expand in their stomach and is not has healthy as hay. You can buy hay at any feed store.
