What shud be your educational backgroung to get selecteed in NASA STS crew?

Do Aeronautical engineers have any scope to be in the mission crew to space

Who are the ones who r selected to be a part of the mission.

For starters, basic spelling and English skills would help.

NASA does no longer recruit for the STS. The Space Shuttle will definitely retire in 2010.

Don't bother applying for Shuttle crew.  The program wraps up in a couple years and even if you started today you couldn't get through the Astronaut Candidate program before then.
