What shud one do with Rotational Dynamics...leave it or do it,.?

I'm assuming that you're a mechanical engineering major. Rotational dynamics is so d**n important if your in mechanical engineering. A lot of  mechanical engineering design moves in linear motion or/and in rotation (Turbines, gear boxes, engines etc). That makes the studies of rotational dynamics become highly important. Stick with it and work your a*s to understand it.

Why to take a risk. If much marks is not from that topic leave it. Otherwise, prepare well. To be a proffessional one must have a thorough knowledge about rotational dynamics.
