a friend of mine was very down for a long time then one day everytime we spoke he was very nervous and had a hard time speaking. He was also unable to make eye contact and everyone thought he was weird. He felt people was always watching him and talking bad about him, which he now knows was in his mind. This friend of mind told me of this after a while when he recovered somewhat with the help of doctors and depression pills. its really weird so i figured what better place to ask this question.

  1. It sounds like social anxiety disorder, with maybe some paranoia.  The antidepressants will definitly help that disorder.

  2. some of it sounds like depression and some like schizophrenia

on a positive note there is also a natural treatment for schizophrenia

    look on www.curezone.com or alternativementalhealth.com

  3. I would say social anxiety. I have a bit of it myself which makes me feel awkward in situations where I am not in my "comfort zone." There are medications that he could take for his social anxiety and I highly suggest a therapist mixed with medication it will help immensley with his anxiety issues. Good luck1
