What sickness is this? please dont scare me..?

okay for 5 days ive been feeling on and off paleness, naucios, stomach ache, and a lil gas... ive also had 1 or 2 headaces.

today. the 5th day ive had a fever around 99.1 in the after nooon. then it went up to 99.6 99.5 and no hanging at 99.5 around

never threwn up!!!!!

never had diareahh..

sounds like strep throat. Go see the doctor you will need antibiotic if it is that. They can do a quick strep test right in the office. Strep throat often causes stomach ache and headache and vomitting sometimes. Some people get high fever some low fever and some no fever. Get it checked.

Sounds like a viral infection, if your not feeling better by tomorrow see a doctor. Take something to relieve you fever (motrin, etc...) and drink plenty of fluids.
