  1. Baked beans

Baked or sweet potatoes - both of these can be cooked on the grill too, just wrap in foil, poke a few holes and they are ready in about an hour.

Lipton-onion potatoes - just peel potatoes, cut into cubes, add a little olive oil and the package of lipton onion soup and bake. They are delicious, and can be put on the grill also, they just don't take as long as in the oven.

Veggie skewers, or put veggies in the reynolds foil bags and grill.

    Corn on the cob

    Potato salad

Since you are serving salmon, a nice rice pilaf would be good, and that is something you could probably cook in advance and heat up just before dinner is served

    Green beans.

I would do rolls or bread too. My favorite is to make garlic butter by mixing garlic pepper, garlic powder, and butter, and slicing a loaf of french bread and buttering the individual slices. Then I stick under the broiler for a few minutes until the butter melts and the edges are crispy.

  2. Green beans Almondine

Summer squash (green and yellow mixed together for a yummy and beautiful side dish)

    Fresh Fruit Kabobs

Corn on the Cob (with the cobs cut into little 2 inch sections)

    Good luck with the BBQ!

  3. baked potatoe, potatoe salad, steak fries.

  4. grilled corn, baked potatoes and bread

  5. mashed Potatoes made with red potatoes - Leave the skins on.

  6. Ranch Red potato Salad and its quick and simple

10 - 12 Medium or small red potatoes

    1 - 16 oz. Sour cream

1 - Package “Hidden Valley Ranch” dip mix

1 - 12 oz. Or 16 oz. package of bacon

    1 - Bunch green onions

    Salt and pepper to taste

Add dip mix to sour cream, mix and set aside in fridge.  Thinly slice green onions, and set aside.  Cook bacon until very crispy, drain, and set aside to be crumbled when adding to potatoes.  Rinse and then boil the red potatoes, with the skins on, until tender when poked with a fork.  Drain and then cut into bite size pieces.  Add Hidden Valley-sour cream mixture, green onions, and crumbled bacon pieces, saving some of the bacon to sprinkle on top.  Mix gently, adding salt and pepper to taste.  Sprinkle top with remaining crumbled bacon.  Serve cold or at room temp.

    Very Yummy!
