I picked the right side. Or pay attention to what side of your face you like better and that when you take pictures what side you normally show of your face. But remember it will hurt for awhile and if you cant take the pain or you cant sleep on another side for awhile it will really bother you.

Had mine done on the left, only because I sleep on my right side, its almost impossible to sleep on your cartilage piercing.
